How marketplace earnings work
When a rental completes, RentBridge automatically settles it: commission is deducted, your payout is pushed through Branch same-day rails, and deposits are released from escrow after a clean return.

Pricing questions
Is there really a free trial on every plan?
Yes — 14 days on any plan, no credit card required. You can import your fleet, run AI pricing, and process test bookings before paying anything.
What counts as a "unit"?
Any piece of equipment you track in RentBridge — an excavator, a scissor lift, a generator, a trailer. Attachments tracked as separate line items count as their own units.
Do I pay commission on rentals I book outside RentBridge?
No. Commission only applies to rentals settled through the RentBridge booking flow. Rentals you record manually for tracking purposes are not commissioned.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime from the billing portal. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle. Your commission rate follows your plan.
What happens if I exceed my unit limit?
We'll notify you and give you a grace period to upgrade — nothing breaks and no equipment gets locked out.
