Dashboards

RentBridge ships three role-specific dashboards so owners, renters, and platform admins each see what matters to them.

Owner Dashboard

The equipment owner's command center:

• Listings — your equipment, statuses, and rates
• Bookings — upcoming, active, and recently returned rentals
• Earnings — settlements, payouts, commission breakdown, and deposits held (see Payouts & Deposits)
• Utilization — how hard each unit is working
• Maintenance schedule — what's due, predicted needs, and open work orders

Find it in the app under Dashboard and Earnings.

Renter Dashboard

Each customer gets a view of their rental relationship:

• Active rentals — what's out now, with return dates
• Rental history — every past rental with full detail
• Spend analytics — spend over time, by category
• Recommendations — equipment suggestions based on past rentals (powered by the matching learning loop)

Renters reach this through the customer portal.

Platform Dashboard

For admins and owners: marketplace health across the platform —

• GMV, commission, and payout totals
• Booking volume and utilization trends
• Insurance attach rate and commission
• Loop status: how much the platform has learned

Access is restricted to admin and owner roles.
